Berlin in leisure time...

After the two days conference I extend my trip for two more days to explore the city and do some street photography.
I had also the opportunity to meet a girlfriend from my hometown, her name is Susi but in Berlin she is called Susa :) She has a lot of interesting stories to tell about living in Berlin.

All of the images are taken with great Fujifilm cams. Most of the images (90%) are taken with Fujifilm X100T (23mm) and some of them with XE-2 (56mm) and X-Pro1 (14mm).

Berlin Mitte

My hotel was located in Berlin Neuköln, famous together with Kreuzberg to be the heart of Hipster lifestyle. So I also wanted to get some impressions from the modern classic middle-class side of Berlin and decided to visit Government district and the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin Mitte.

Tempelhof & Berlin Wall

On my list for "must see places" was the closed airport Tempelhof. A few years ago there was a public voting whether the area should be used for other construction projects but the citizen of Berlin decided to leave it as it is and now it's a big area for leisure time activities. There is also a kind of urban gardening project located there. The other photos are taken at Mauer Park, the Berlin Wall Memorial and somewhere between.

Last but not least a self portrait via office window.
